Glen Carne offers level 1 and 2 in literacy and numeracy and also training in Horticulture (see below).

In addition therapeutic work is available through:

• Pentreath Industries and
• Cornwall Business School and College.

Glen Carne Horticulture Project

Glen Carne offers an innovative accommodation-based horticulture project for those who wish to acquire valuable employment skills and qualifications.

This provides students the opportunity of full-time accommodation incorporated within a level 1 and 2 horticulture course provided in partnership with local colleges.

A recognised diploma is awarded at the end of the three year course.

A classroom is available for students and tutors, as well as three acres of land for practical use.
